1. Outlook Express settings
Go to Tools > Accounts > Mail
> Add or Properties
Incoming & Outgoing:
mail.yourdomain.com
Account name: full email address

 
2. How to check webmail?
http://www.yourdomain.com:2095
Username: full e-mail address
(Eg: abc@yourdomain.com)
Default password: abc
 

3. How to manage/add/delete email accounts?

Key in your CPanel admin login and password. Click the Mail icon.

 
4. How to reduce spam & filter unwanted mails?

Key in your CPanel admin login and password. Click the Mail icon. Enable the SpamAssasin and set up E-mail Filtering.
 
5. Reminder for webmail users
Make sure unwanted mails in Inbox, Sent & Trash Folder are cleared. New mails won't get in if total storage space has exceeded quota.

Download CuteFTP at www.download.com. In Site Manager key in your domain name as Host Address, then your FTP username and password.

It is the client's responsibility to backup the latest data stored in server. Go to CPanel and click Backup icon. Download a home directory backup.
